Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), are generally unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.
Do enrolled agents have any continuing education requirements?
Generally, enrolled agents must obtain a minimum of 72 hours per enrollment cycle (every three years). A minimum of 16 hours must be earned per year, two of which must be on ethics.
How do I share documents with you?
You will be able to upload documents to a shared secure site. Your tax return will be prepared and reviewed with you prior to electronic signature and filing. An electronic copy will be uploaded to shared secure site where you can print or download for your records.
